Our shop is located on the first floor at Shop Number 2 on Bhupindra Road in Patiala. We are right across from the PWD Rest House and just next to the Nike store, so it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re near Thapar Chowk. Being on the first floor means we’re a little bit away from the street noise, but it still gets quite busy. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Running a place like this in Patiala takes a lot of effort every day. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, getting everything ready for the people who come in for lunch and dinner. It’s a simple operation with no fancy frills or corporate nonsense. We just focus on the cooking and making sure everyone gets their food. Some days are quieter, which gives us a chance to catch our breath, but most of the time we’re kept pretty busy. We like the location on Bhupindra Road because it’s a main part of the city with a lot of energy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the food we make and the fact that we’ve been a reliable part of the area for so long. It’s just us doing our daily work.
