Raju Hair Cuting Seving

If you are driving down Sardar Samand Road, you will come across our little place. The sign says Raju Hair Cuting Seving. We know there is a spelling mistake on it, but we never got around to changing it. It’s been that way for a long time. The shop is quite basic, just a few chairs and the essential tools for cutting hair and doing shaves. Being on Sardar Samand Road means we get a lot of dust from the passing vehicles, so we are always dusting off the mirrors. It’s a simple life here. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Most of our customers are locals or truck drivers who need a quick trim. We don’t do anything very modern, just the standard styles people have been getting for years. There is an old radio in the corner that we keep on for some background noise. It helps pass the time when it’s quiet. We don't have fancy chairs that lean back all the way, but they are comfortable enough for a quick shave. We use a lot of alum and aftershave, so that scent is always in the air. It isn't a place for anything complicated. We just do the work, talk a bit about the weather, and wait for the next person to walk through the door.
