Big Boss Hair Dresars

Big Boss Hair Dresars is the name I put on the board. We are located in Mahaveer Udhyog Nagar Kachi Basti. It is a bit of a crowded area but that’s where the people are. The shop is small and simple. I have my scissors, my combs, and the chair. I try to keep everything organized, but it’s a busy place with a lot of dust from the road. Working in a kachi basti means you know everyone who lives nearby. People walk past and wave while I am working on someone’s hair. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or anything like that. We just have a fan and the door stays open to let the air move. I learned to cut hair a long time ago and I just kept doing it. Mahaveer Udhyog Nagar is mostly working people, so they want a good cut that doesn't cost too much. I don't use any of those expensive creams or gels. Just the basic stuff. I spend a lot of time cleaning the combs and making sure the towels are dry. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep going as best as we can. It’s a tough neighborhood sometimes but the people are okay. I’m usually at the shop from morning until late at night. There isn't much else to it. It’s just a place to get your hair done every few weeks.
