Monalisha Beauty Parlors

I have been running Monalisha Beauty Parlors at Gajanand Marg 82 for quite some time now. It is just a small place, really, but it stays quite busy especially when the wedding season starts around here. I remember when we first painted the walls, and now they have a few scuffs, but it feels like home to me. Most of the women who come in are from the nearby houses. They stop by for a quick eyebrow threading or maybe to get their hair done for a party. We have a few big mirrors and the chairs are okay, even if they squeak a little when you sit down. I don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are on Gajanand Marg. Sometimes my niece comes in to help me when there are too many customers waiting and I can't keep up with the work. We talk about the local news and what's happening in the market while I work. It gets a bit hot in the summer afternoons, but the fan works well enough to keep us going. I like the routine of opening the shutters every morning and setting out the towels. It is a simple life and the business keeps me busy enough throughout the week. I don't plan on moving or changing much. We just do the usual beauty work and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door.
