Green Pachhoha Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at 213/2 in Village Narayanpurnayi Basti. We are near Post Pachdevra in the Pali area. It’s a small operation, really. We started it because there were so many farmers in our part of the village who needed a way to organize things. We don't have a big corporate office in a city. Our space is right here where the people live. You can usually hear the tractors and the birds while we are working. We spend a lot of time sorting out which farmer is growing what. It’s a lot of writing things down in ledgers and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. Sometimes the lights flicker or the dust from the road gets into everything, but we just clean it up and keep going. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just the usual work of a producer company in a rural area. The Nayi Basti area is pretty close-knit so everyone knows each other. That makes it easier to get things done because we can just walk over to someone’s house if we need to talk. We don't use any big words or complicated systems. It's all very straightforward and honest. We have been working out of this spot for a while now and it suits us just fine. Most days are just about managing the daily tasks and planning for the next harvest season.
