Our place is on Falna Sanderao Road. At Pratap Agrovet Producer Company Ltd., we mostly deal with things for the farm and the animals. Most of the people coming in are farmers from the nearby villages who need feed for their cattle or some seeds for the next season. It is a practical business. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and how the crops are doing because that is what matters to everyone around here. The road outside stays busy with trucks and tractors moving up and down between Falna and Sanderao. Inside, it smells like grain and earth. We keep a stock of different supplements for the cows and buffaloes because keeping the livestock healthy is the main priority for the families here. We are not a big corporate office with suits; we are just people who understand how hard it is to manage a farm. Sometimes the paperwork for the producer company takes up time, but we prefer being out front talking to the customers. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the faces coming through the door are familiar. It’s about having the right supplies at the right price when the sowing season starts. Nothing more, nothing less. Just providing what is necessary for the local agricultural life to keep moving forward. It takes a lot of effort to keep things running but we are used to the routine.
