Our office is over in the Sheoganj Dhan Mandi area. It's the kind of place where you can hear the tractors and smell the grain all day long. We work mostly with local farmers from the surrounding villages. It’s a producer company, so it’s really about the people who grow the crops. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds, weather, and market prices. It’s not always easy work, especially when the season is tough, but we stay at it. The office is usually cluttered with papers and samples of whatever is being harvested. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we just want to help the folks who bring their harvest to the mandi. Sometimes we sit out front and just talk shop with whoever is passing by. The building isn't anything special to look at, just functional. We have meetings sometimes to figure out how to get better prices or better supplies. Most of us here grew up around farming, so we know how it goes. It’s a noisy place during peak season with all the trucks and laborers moving around. We try to keep things organized, though it often gets messy with all the paperwork. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. If someone needs to find us, they just come down to the Mandi and ask. It’s about being part of the local community here in Sheoganj and making sure everyone gets a fair shake at the end of the day.
