If you head down to Vasai East and look for the Golani Complex, you will find us at Gala No. 37 in Azad Nagar. We are right across from the Merchant Industrial Estate, so the whole area is always humming with the sound of work. At Q+ Machinist And Fabricators, things are usually pretty loud and a bit greasy. We spend our time with lathes, milling machines, and welding torches. It is the kind of place where you have to watch where you step because there might be a piece of scrap metal or a tool on the floor. We do a lot of different jobs, from making small parts for other machines to building big steel frames. Our hands are almost always stained with oil, and we wear heavy boots because it is safer. It gets really hot in the summer, especially when the welding is going on all day, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have our workshop and our tools. Most of our customers are other local businesses who need something fixed or built quickly. We don't do much advertising. People usually just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign when they are driving through the estate. It is hard work, but there is something good about making something solid out of a raw piece of metal.
