We operate out of Galas 13 through 16 in the Rajprabha Udyog Nagar Extension 2. It’s a big industrial area out in Vasai East, specifically around Golani Naka. Because we have four units joined together, there is a lot of space, but it’s mostly filled with metal sheets and heavy machinery. The floor is concrete and stays pretty cool even when it’s hot outside. There is always a smell of iron or oil in the air. We have a small corner screened off for some desk work, but mostly we are out on the floor moving material around. It’s a loud place because of the machines and the trucks loading up outside. We get a lot of dust from the factory road, so we are always sweeping things out. The building number is 1, and it’s a long walk from the main gate if you are on foot. We start our shift early to beat the worst of the Vasai traffic. Most of the guys working here have been with us for years. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. We just have our racks of metal and the tools we need. It’s a very practical environment. Sometimes we sit outside on the loading dock during our break just to get some sun. It is a standard industrial unit where we just do our daily work without much fuss.
