Our place is at B-10 in the Kashi Industrial Estate, right on Bp X Road No. 2. Bhayandar East is a busy hub for this kind of industrial work. We handle steel, which is heavy and can be a bit dangerous to move if you are not careful. The warehouse is filled with all different types of rods, sheets, and pipes. It is not the cleanest place in the world, what with all the metal dust and the constant movement of trucks, but it is where we work every day. Most of the time we are busy loading or unloading supplies for local contractors who are building things nearby. We have been in this estate for a while and we know most of the other business owners around here. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs steel, they usually just come by the warehouse or give us a quick call to see what is in stock. We try to keep our prices fair, though the market for steel is always jumping up and down unexpectedly. It can be a bit of a headache to keep track of it all. We do not use fancy sales pitches to get customers. We just show you what we have in stock and tell you when it can be delivered to your site. It is basic, hard work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
