Empire Steels

Empire Steels is based out of Gala No. 1 in the K. T. Marvel Industrial Estate, which is part of the K. T. Industrial Park No. 2 in Goraipada. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. Our gala is basically a large workspace where we keep all our materials and handle the daily chores. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready environment, and it definitely gets dusty with all the activity going on in the park. We spend most of our day moving heavy items around and making sure we know where everything is kept. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the time we head home, we’re usually pretty tired. We’ve been in Goraipada for a while now and we know the people in the neighboring units. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that; it’s just a practical space for working. There’s a small desk in the corner where we keep our logs and take care of the bills. The heat can be quite something during the summer months, but we just keep the big doors open to get a bit of a breeze. It’s a simple, hardworking setup and we don't try to make it seem like anything else. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and lock up the gala at night.
