Viraj Industries

Viraj Industries is located in Sarawali, which is right in the heart of the Boisar Tarapur industrial area. If you have ever been to this part of Maharashtra, you know it is all about the factories and the hard work. We are right there in the middle of it. Our space is more of a workshop and office combined. It isn't the cleanest place because of all the industrial work happening nearby, but it is where we get things done. We do not have a big corporate office in a city; we prefer being right here where the action is. The roads around Sarawali can be quite rough with all the heavy trucks, but we are used to the bumps. Our day starts early before the sun gets too hot. We spend most of our time dealing with materials and production schedules. It is a lot of manual work and coordination. We do not have a fancy website or a PR person. We just talk to our suppliers and our workers directly. It is a very hands-on way of doing business. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out. The noise from the neighboring plants is something you just stop hearing after a few weeks. We are just a group of people trying to make a living and keep our work steady. It is a tough environment, but we have been here long enough that it feels like home.
