Steel Craft

Steel Craft is found at Factory No. 06, right on the ground floor. We are located in the Riddhi Siddhi Industrial Estate in Sativali-Vasai (East). A good way to find us is to look for the Fiza Hotel, as we are pretty much right across from it. The industrial estate is a maze of small factories and workshops, and we fit right in with our metalwork setup. The ground floor is perfect for us because we deal with heavy materials that would be a nightmare to move upstairs. You’ll usually hear the sound of cutting or welding if you walk by during the day. It’s a noisy environment, but it’s the sound of work being done. The office part is just a desk in the corner with a computer that’s always a little dusty. We don't spend much time sitting down anyway. Most of the day is spent handling the steel and making sure the orders are cut to the right size. It’s a gritty, hands-on kind of business. We’ve got a small crew of guys who know exactly what they’re doing with the tools. Sometimes we grab a quick tea from the stall near the hotel when we need a break. We don't have a website with fancy photos or a glossy brochure. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for years and people know we do solid work. It’s a simple life, working with our hands in this little corner of Vasai.
