Shiv Anodising & Metal Finish

Shiv Anodising & Metal Finish is located at E-27 in the Star Industries area of Naik Pada. We are very close to the Hanuman Mandir here in Vasai East, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Palghar is where we do all our work, and it’s a busy industrial zone. Our facility is set up with various tanks for the anodising process. It isn't a glamorous job. There is a lot of steam and the smell of chemicals in the air most of the time. We have to wear rubber boots and gloves to stay safe while we move the metal pieces from one tank to another. The floor is almost always wet, so you have to be careful where you walk. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. Our small office space is just a partitioned area with a fan and a few filing cabinets that are starting to rust a bit. We spend our days watching the timers and making sure the finish on the metal comes out looking right. It’s a lot of waiting followed by a lot of quick movement. We’ve been at this location in Star Industries for a several years now. We know the other business owners on the block and we often help each other out when someone’s truck gets stuck or a machine breaks down. It’s just a normal day for us.
