New Steel Art

We are located at Shop-5, Gala No.4 in the Shiv Shankar Industrial Estate. This is in phase two, out in Sativali near the highway in Vasai. New Steel Art is where we do all our metal work. It’s a typical industrial gala, so it’s not exactly quiet or clean. There is always the sound of grinding or cutting going on, and the air usually smells like hot metal. We have been here for a good amount of time and have seen many other shops come and go. Our space is filled with steel sheets and various tools that we use every day. It gets quite warm in here, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof, but we just keep the big door open to get some air. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big office area. There’s just a small desk where we keep our receipts and a few chairs for when we take a tea break. Working in Vasai means we are part of a big community of makers and workers. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound like a huge company. We are just a small shop doing our best with the steel we have. The highway is close by, so there’s a constant hum of trucks in the distance. It’s a hard-working environment, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
