Madan Metals

You can find Madan Metals over at 10-11 in the Kala Silk Factory Industrial Estate. We’re located in Kashi Village, right near Post Mira. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren’t used to the industrial outskirts, but it’s where all the real work happens. We deal with metal in all its forms—scraps, sheets, and whatever else comes through the gate. The yard is usually a bit of a mess with piles of material waiting to be sorted or moved, but there’s a system to it that only we really understand. It’s dusty work, and you can’t really keep your clothes clean for more than an hour once the shift starts. We’ve got some old machinery that’s been running since the day we opened, and honestly, they work well enough compared to some of the newer stuff we’ve tried. The estate itself is always humming with the sound of other factories, so you never really get any peace and quiet until after six in the evening. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just here to handle the metal and get it where it needs to go. We drink our chai standing up and talk about the weather or the traffic on the main road. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down. Most of the time the gate stays open. We'll be here tomorrow.
