Kalyani Wire Products

Our workshop is located at number 4 in Neminath Industrial Estate No. 3, over in Vasai East. As Kalyani Wire Products, we spend most of our time around machines and coils of wire. It is a bit of a dusty environment, and the noise of the machines is pretty constant throughout the day. We do not have a separate office building; our desks are just in a corner of the estate unit. It is more practical that way so we can see what is happening on the floor. Vasai East is quite the industrial hub, so there is always a lot of movement and trucks around us. We are not the kind of people who wear suits to work. Usually, it is just old clothes that we do not mind getting a bit of grease or dust on. We have been making wire products for a good while now. It is a tough business sometimes with the cost of materials going up and down, but we manage to keep things going. We do not have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just make sure the wire is the right gauge and the orders go out when they are supposed to. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them ourselves. It is just part of the daily grind. We like it here because everyone in the estate is in the same boat, just working hard and getting on with things.
