Our local presence is right here in the Shivam II building, which is part of the Oswal Empire complex in Boisar. Specifically, we are in Flat B 205, care of Madhuri Kiran Sankhe. It might seem a bit unusual to have an office in a residential building, but it works for what we do. We are close to the Tarapur industrial area, so it’s easy for us to get to the site when needed. The neighborhood is mostly families and other workers, so it’s a friendly place to be. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. It’s just a flat where we handle the administrative side of things for the steel plant. Usually, there are a couple of us working on laptops or making phone calls to coordinate the next shift or order supplies. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork, but we make do. Boisar is a fast-growing town, and being located here means we are right in the middle of everything. We don’t really do fancy marketing or have a "front office" style. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a practical arrangement that keeps our overhead low and keeps us near the action at the factory. We don't need a fancy office to do our jobs well. As long as the internet works and we can talk to the drivers, we are happy. It is a no-nonsense way of doing business in a town like Boisar.
