Ispat Industries Ltd., Dolvi

Our base is in the Sonam Saraswati CHS, specifically unit 203/J. It’s part of Golden Nest Phase 06 in Thane. It’s a residential-style setup which actually makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. At Ispat Industries Ltd., Dolvi, we don't worry about looking like a big corporation. We’re more interested in keeping our files organized and our clients updated. The area around here is usually quite lively, with people coming and going. Sometimes it’s hard to stay focused with the noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a small kitchen area where we grab our lunch and chat about things other than work. It keeps the atmosphere light. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just do the paperwork, make the calls, and manage the logistics as they come. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes it gets stressful, but we handle it. Being in Thane 401107 has been good for us. We’ve built a little community within these walls. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do what’s required, and try to be helpful whenever we can. It’s just a normal job in a normal place. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing our approach anytime soon. It works for us.
