We have been operating out of Mira Road East for quite a while now. Our place is specifically located at 104, B 16 in Sector 9, Shanti Nagar. It is not some high-tech factory you see in movies, but a real, hardworking shop where we deal with tubes and various metal products. The noise of the machinery is something you just get used to after the first week. Most of us who work here live nearby in Mumbai, so we understand the local hustle. We spend our days cutting, measuring, and moving heavy metal pieces around. It is physical work and it gets hot, especially during the summer months when the humidity is high. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone in a suit greeting people at the door. You usually just find someone covered in a bit of dust or grease from the machines. We focus on getting the dimensions right because that is what matters for the stuff we make. There is a lot of back and forth with trucks coming to pick up orders in the narrow lanes of Shanti Nagar. It can be a bit of a mess sometimes, but we manage to get things loaded. We are just a group of regular people trying to do a solid day of work with metal and pipes. We like the neighborhood and the people around here know us well.
