We run Morada Do Nirvana Llp from Salvador Do Mundo in North Goa. It’s a beautiful area, and we feel lucky to be based here. We don't have a long, complicated address because everyone around here knows where things are. Our setup is pretty simple. We aren't trying to be a giant hotel chain. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy the hospitality business. Most of our day is spent making sure the place is ready for whoever is coming to stay. We deal with all the little details themselves, like making sure the garden looks okay and the rooms are tidy. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of cleaning and fixing things that break. But we like the pace of life in Salvador Do Mundo. It is a bit slower than the beach areas, which suits us just fine. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. If something isn't right, we try to fix it as fast as we can. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we’ve learned a lot along the way. It’s just a local business run by folks who care about what they’re doing and want to keep things honest. Some days are harder than others, especially when things break down, but we just keep at it because we like being part of this community. It’s just how we do things here.
