Our office is based out of the Gomes Catao Complex in Mapusa, specifically at O-104. We are right near the old Cine Alankar, which most people in this part of Goa know pretty well. While we deal with resorts and hotels, our day-to-day office work is much more down-to-earth. It’s a lot of managing bookings, talking to staff at different properties, and making sure the maintenance schedules are actually being followed. Goa is a beautiful place to work, though Mapusa gets quite busy with the markets and the local traffic. We’ve been around for several years, slowly growing without making too much of a fuss. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we can get the admin done so the guests at the hotels have a good time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s a small team here at Riviera De Goa, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering a query or checking on a supply order. We don't try to sound like a big international chain because we aren't. We are just local people who know the Goa hospitality scene and want things to run smoothly. Sometimes the monsoon makes things tricky, but we just keep going. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here in Mapusa. We just take it one day at a time.
