You can find us over in Vijay Park, specifically on Street Number 22. The unit is V-306, and it’s a typical Maujpur neighborhood spot. We deal mostly with textiles, so the place is usually full of fabrics and threads. It can get a bit dusty with all the materials lying around, but we try to keep it tidy. Most of the work is done by hand, so you’ll hear the sounds of people working as soon as you walk down the street. It’s a narrow lane, and sometimes it’s hard to get a vehicle through if the neighbors have their stuff out. We’ve been in this part of Vijay Park for quite a while now. It’s a community where everyone knows each other. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is nearest the door. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. We spend most of our time sorting through different patterns and checking the quality of the cloth. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy from morning until late. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of us working with textiles and making sure the orders are ready on time. It’s a lived-in space that smells like cotton and tea. We just keep our heads down and do the stitching and packing until the day is done.
