Benne Exports

Benne Exports is tucked away in Shahdara at the Nathu Colony Chowk. If you know the area, you know how busy that intersection can get. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. We deal with exporting goods, which means there is always a lot of paperwork on the desks and boxes piled up near the door. It’s a small operation, and most of the day is spent on the phone or emailing people to make sure shipments are moving like they should. We don't have a fancy front office for visitors, just a functional space where we can get our work done. The noise from the chowk is constant, but after a while, you stop noticing the horns and the shouting. We’ve been here for a while and we know most of the other business owners on the block. It’s a tough business sometimes because there are always delays at the ports or issues with the weather that we can't control. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized as best as we can. It’s usually just a couple of us here, and sometimes we stay late to finish up a big order. It’s not the most exciting job, but it keeps us busy and we like the neighborhood. We don't try to sound bigger than we are; we’re just a local business making things happen.
