Raheja Sweets, Snacks & Catters

Our place is located at 1267 Lal Kuan, right in the Farash Khana area near Lal Quila. Living and working in this part of Delhi is always something else because it is so crowded and full of life all the time. We handle a lot of different things here, from the small snacks people grab while walking by to bigger orders for local gatherings. It gets really loud outside with all the rickshaws and people moving about, but inside we are usually busy frying things up or packing boxes. My father started things here, and now we just carry it on the same way he did. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a kitchen and a counter where we talk to customers. Sometimes we handle catering for weddings or small parties nearby, which keeps us extra busy on the weekends. The heat in the kitchen can be a bit much in the summer, but we are used to it by now. People come to us because they know we have been in Lal Kuan for a long time. We try to keep the prices fair so everyone can afford a little something. It is a lot of manual work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing the regulars makes it worth it. We just do our best to keep the snacks fresh and the orders moving out the door. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a local spot for snacks.
