You can find Marwadi Swad Llp over at H No 235, in Phase 4 of the MPL Staff Quarters. We are located in Bharat Nagar, specifically in the Nimri area of North West Delhi. It’s a residential sort of spot, so it feels very much like a community business. We started this because we wanted to bring those specific flavors we grew up with to this part of town. The work happens right here in the quarters. It’s not a massive factory or anything like that. We use the space we have to prepare everything. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of orders, but we manage. Being in Delhi-110052 means we are close to our neighbors, and they often see us busy at all hours. We don’t really use fancy machines; a lot of what we do is by hand. It takes longer that way, but it feels more right to us. The staff quarters are a quiet place usually, but our kitchen is always humming. We don’t have a big corporate story. We just make the food and hope people like the taste. Every morning starts early with getting the ingredients sorted. It’s a lot of manual labor, and our hands are rarely clean for long. We’re just a small outfit trying to do things the traditional way from our little corner in Nimri. It is a humble setup, but it keeps us connected to our roots and our local neighbors.
