Kundan Lal & Sons

Kundan Lal & Sons is located at Plot No. 5398-A/3 in the New Market area of Sadar Bazar. This is right in the middle of Chandni Chowk, so you can imagine how busy it stays. There is always a crowd and the sound of the market is constant. We have been in this spot for a very long time, passing the business down through the family. The building is old and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it has been our home for decades. We don't have any modern office furniture. We use the same old wooden desks and cabinets that have been here forever. It’s a very busy place, with people coming in and out all day long. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and managing the stock we have. It gets very hot in the summer months, and we just have a few old fans to keep us cool. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like a big corporation. We are just a family business trying to do things the right way. We know all the other shopkeepers around us and we often share stories over a cup of tea. It’s a tough environment because of the heat and the noise, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos.
