Some days are so busy that there is barely time to sit down or grab a quick lunch. That specific market smell is always hanging in the air, a mix of everything you can imagine. Khari Baoli isn't a place for everyone because of the constant shouting and movement, but we are used to it by now. Khoya is kept in large metal containers and sold by weight. There isn't much to the shop besides the main counters and the dark storage area in the back. Advertising isn't something we do; people just find us by word of mouth. It's a very basic, practical setup for a dairy business.
