You can find us at A-82-83 in Sector 4 of the Bawana Industrial Area. It’s a tight spot, like most places in Bawana, with trucks and rickshaws always blocking the lanes. Inside, it’s a bit different. We have the machines for processing the food products running most of the day. There is a specific rhythm to it, the sound of the packaging and the smell of the ingredients. We spend a lot of time checking the bags and making sure the seals are tight. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. The staff here is mostly local people who have been with us for a while. We don't have a big corporate team or anyone in suits. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, making sure the orders for the day get finished. The warehouse gets pretty hot in the summer, so we have big fans going, but it’s still tough. We get our raw materials delivered in the mornings, and that’s usually the most chaotic time. There’s a lot of shouting and moving crates around. We keep a close eye on the stock levels so we don't run out of anything. It’s a simple business, really. We make the product, pack it up, and send it out to the shops. Nothing complicated about it, just a lot of repetitive work to keep things consistent.
