Sai Food House

We are based in Bhola Nagar, which is part of the Kotla Mubarakpur area in New Delhi. Our place is at A-682. It's a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all the time. We run Sai Food House as a straightforward spot for people to get something to eat. It’s not a big restaurant with white tablecloths or anything like that. It’s more of a local kitchen where we stay busy cooking and packing orders. The street outside can get pretty crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We've been in this spot for a while now and we know the rhythms of the block. We spend most of our day prepping vegetables and making sure the kitchen is ready. It’s hard work and the heat from the stoves is no joke in the Delhi summer. We don't really have a marketing team or anything. People find out about us because they live nearby or they walk past and smell what we're cooking. We just try to keep things clean and the food ready on time. It's a family-run kind of vibe. We have our regulars who come in every day, and we know exactly what they want before they even say it. That’s the kind of place this is. Simple, local, and always a bit noisy. We just hope the stove stays lit and the customers stay happy.
