Nudeli Cinnabar Cuisine Pvt. Ltd is located at 126, Sector 7, R.K. Puram. This is a pretty established part of New Delhi, and being in Sector 7 means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential blocks. Our work is all about food, as the name suggests. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and handling the business side of things from this address. It’s not a fancy restaurant with gold curtains; it is more of a place where the actual work of running a cuisine company happens. R.K. Puram is a busy area with lots of government quarters and schools, so there is always a lot of movement around us. We have people coming in to discuss menus or check on orders. The office at 126 is where we keep our records and plan out what we are doing next. Sometimes the smell of spices hangs in the air, which is nice. We aren't interested in using fancy marketing talk. We just want to make sure the food is good and the business runs smoothly. It can get a bit loud in the afternoons when the schools nearby let out, but we are used to the noise. We’ve been in Sector 7 for a bit now and feel like we belong here. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep the kitchen and the company going every day without much fuss.
