We are over here in Moti Bagh at D 391. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and things get pretty hectic around lunchtime every single day. Most mornings, we’re just making sure everything is ready before the crowd shows up. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do. People come in and out, usually in a big hurry to get back to work. You know how Delhi is, always moving and loud. We try to keep things simple here. Sometimes the traffic outside is so noisy you can’t even hear yourself think, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We don’t have fancy chairs or anything special, just the basics that people need. It’s mostly about getting the food out fast. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets really packed on the weekends. We clean up late at night and then start all over again the next morning. It’s a lot of work, honestly. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone around here knows where we are. We don’t really do any advertising. People just find us by walking past. It’s nice seeing the regulars every day because they know what they want before they even sit down. It feels good to be part of the community here. Anyway, that’s us. Just a small shop trying to get through the day.
