The Ambassador'S Sky Chef

Our building is a very busy place because of the kind of work we do. We handle food and catering services from this spot. It is a lot of hard work and our kitchen area never really seems to stop moving. We don't have much time for anything other than our daily tasks. The street outside, Rao Chaturbhujmarg, gets very crowded at almost any time of the day or night. We have been based in Kapashera for a long time now. It is a bit of a rough area and not very fancy, but it suits what we do perfectly. We aren't looking to be the most polished or corporate business in the city. We just want to make sure the food is ready and that all the deliveries go out on time. Most of our staff are local people who know these streets well. We don't use big marketing words to talk about ourselves. We are just a team of cooks and workers in a building near the airport. It is busy and loud, but it is our home.
