The Ambassdor Sky Chef Air Catering

Our office is located right at St. Martins Diocesan School on Church Road in Delhi Cantt-10. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a catering service office, being near a school, but it’s where we’ve been based for quite some time. The area around Church Road is very green and quiet compared to the rest of Delhi, mostly because it’s in the Cantt area. You can hear the school bells and the kids playing during their breaks. We operate out of a modest building near the school grounds. Inside, it’s all about the food and the logistics of getting meals to the planes. We have a lot of charts on the walls and people are constantly checking their watches to make sure things are on time. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a nice walk under the trees. We don't have any fancy signage or a big reception area. If you come by, you’ll just find us busy at our desks or talking on the phone with the kitchen staff. We spend a lot of time coordinating schedules. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows what they need to do. The atmosphere is calm but focused. We like being in this part of town because it’s less chaotic, which helps when you have to manage so many moving parts in the catering business. Even when the weather gets hot, the trees around here keep the building a little cooler than the city center. It's a solid place to work.
