Mothersons Foods

We’re based out in the MIDC-TTC Industrial Area at W-45(B), right along the Thane-Belapur Road in Rabale. If you’ve ever driven down that road, you know how much traffic there is, especially during the shift changes. Mothersons Foods is right there in the middle of all that industrial energy. Our building is a standard industrial unit, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside, but inside we’ve got everything set up for the food work we do. It’s a lot of stainless steel and cold storage, and the floors are always being scrubbed down to keep things right. The staff mostly comes in from Rabale or the nearby parts of Thane. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just show up, check the supplies, and get to work on the food production. The heat from the processing can get a bit intense, but the ventilation helps a little. We spend a lot of our time looking at logistics because being in MIDC means everything is about timing. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready environment, but it’s efficient. We don't try to act like a corporate giant; we’re just a practical food business trying to keep things moving in a very busy part of the state. The days are long, and the work is physical, but it’s what we know how to do best. We just keep the machinery running and the orders filled.
