Fazlani Foods

Our place is located at C-112 in the TTC Industrial Area in Pawane. Being in the MIDC zone means we’re surrounded by other factories and warehouses. Fazlani Foods has been operating out of this facility for a while now. It’s a big industrial building, and there’s always a lot of noise from the machinery and the trucks coming in for pickups. We handle a lot of food production here, so we have to be careful about everything being clean and following the rules. It’s a lot of work to keep an operation like this running smoothly. Most of us spend our days on the factory floor or in the warehouse checking on the stock. It’s not a fancy office job where you sit around all day. We’re usually on our feet, making sure the machines are working and the packaging is right. The area around Pawane is always busy with people going to and from work. We have a good team of local workers who know the ropes. It can be a bit tiring with the shifts, but we’re used to the pace of the industrial life. We aren't here to make big promises; we just focus on getting the food processed and out the door on time. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where the work comes first. We don't have time for corporate jargon when there's a production schedule to meet.
