We’re located in the Punit Plaza Building, right across from the railway station in Sanapada. It’s a prime spot for people catching their trains. We call the business Home Made Food'S because that’s the kind of stuff we make. It’s not like those big factory kitchens you see. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we do all the cooking and packing ourselves. The morning is usually the craziest time because everyone wants something before they get on the train. We have to work fast to keep up with the crowd. The building itself, Punit Plaza, is always full of people coming and going. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the station announcements across the street, but we’re used to it by now. We don't use any fancy ingredients, just the normal stuff you'd find in a home kitchen. Most of our day is spent over the stove or cutting up vegetables. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know how to cook. It's hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we like seeing the regulars who come by every morning. We don't do much in the way of advertising or marketing. Usually, people just find us because they’re walking past the station and smell the food. We just try to make enough for everyone and keep the place as clean as we can. It’s a busy life, but it works for us and keeps us out of trouble.
