Adis Gayatri Caterers

We run Adis Gayatri Caterers out of our space in Millenium Tower, specifically in A/293. This is over in Sector No 9 in Sanpada, Vashi. It's a busy residential area and we've been here for a while now. Most of our cooking and planning happens right here. Vashi is a good central spot for us to reach different parts of the city when we have to deliver food for an event. We aren't a big corporate kitchen, just a small team that likes making food that tastes like home. We handle a lot of different orders, from small family gatherings to slightly bigger parties in the neighborhood. The kitchen stays quite warm especially when we have the big burners going for the heavy vessels. It’s hard work, waking up early to get the fresh vegetables from the market and starting the prep work before the sun is even fully up. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; mostly people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends who ate our food before. Our address in Millenium Tower is where we take all the bookings and discuss menus with people. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped with all the stainless steel containers and supplies, but we keep things organized enough to get the jobs done. We just focus on getting the flavors right and making sure there is enough food for everyone at the party. That is really the main thing we care about here.
