Venkatesh Rice Mill

Venkatesh Rice Mill is right in Civil Lines, very close to Ingle Chowk. If you live around here, you probably know the area well. It is a busy spot where people are always coming and going. The mill itself is a functional place, built for work rather than looks. There is always the sound of machines humming and the faint smell of grain in the air. We spend our days processing rice and making sure everything is moving along as it should. The floors are rarely clean for long because of the dust from the husks, but that is just part of running a mill. Being near Ingle Chowk is good for us because it makes it easier for the trucks to arrive and leave with their loads. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We have a small desk where we keep our records, but most of our time is spent out where the machines are. It’s hard, physical work, and it can get quite warm inside when the mill is at full capacity. We don't do any big promotions or have a fancy website. People in Civil Lines know where we are and what we do. It’s a traditional business that’s been around for a while, and we just keep doing what we’ve always done, one day at a time, without any fuss or complicated plans.
