Pepsico India Holdings Pvt Ltd (Fritolay Division)

This is the Fritolay Division of Pepsico India Holdings Pvt Ltd, and we are based in Nagpur. Our office is at 94, Snehaprabha, located in the P&T Colony in Pratap Nagar. It’s a residential-style building, which is quite common for some of our smaller administrative outposts. We spend our days managing things related to snacks and distribution in this region. The P&T Colony is a quiet neighborhood, so it is a nice change of pace from the busy factories. We have a small team working here, mostly handling logistics and some paperwork. Snehaprabha is easy to find if you know the Pratap Nagar area. We don't have any big Pepsi logos on the outside, so it looks like any other house on the street. Inside, it’s just a normal office setup with desks and files. We grab tea from the local shop down the road when we need a break. It’s a very local way of working for such a large company name. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the colony streets, but we manage it. We aren't here to give sales pitches or anything. We just make sure the Fritolay side of things runs smoothly in this part of Nagpur. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from nine to five. It might not be as grand as a corporate headquarters in a skyscraper, but it suits us just fine. We appreciate the calm of the neighborhood while we get through our checklists.
