Tale Food Processer

At 311 Garoba Maidan, specifically near Kapse Chowk, is where our food processing takes place. The Lakadgunj area is a busy part of town. We are Tale Food Processer, and our days are filled with the sounds of machinery. The air usually smells like whatever we are working on that day. It’s a practical, hardworking environment. We aren't in a fancy glass building; it’s more of a traditional industrial shed setup. The floor is concrete and we have bags of raw materials stacked up against the walls. A small group of workers who know the machines inside and out keeps the place running. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing a belt or a motor, but that’s just part of the job. Lakadgunj is a place where people really work for a living, and we fit right in. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy brochures. People know where we are if they need us. We focus on getting the processing done right so the product is ready for the market. It’s dusty and loud, and by the end of the shift, everyone is ready to head home. We’ve been at Kapse Chowk for quite a while now. It’s a simple operation, run by local people who just want to do a decent day's work and keep things moving along.
