Food Production , F&B Service, House

We are located at number 18 in Agney Layout, which is a quiet residential neighborhood in Nagpur. We are very close to Somalwar High-School, so we hear the school bells and the kids playing throughout the day. Our work is focused on food production and F&B service, so we have a very active kitchen setup. Most of the staff arrives early to start the prep work for the day. We don't have a big sign out front because we aren't a restaurant where people come to sit and eat. Instead, we handle the behind-the-scenes work of making food and organizing service for different needs. The house we work out of has been modified to fit all our equipment, so it can feel a bit crowded when everyone is busy. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and making sure the storage is properly organized. It is a lot of physical labor and being on your feet for hours. We don’t really have a corporate structure or anything like that. We just have a small group of people who know their way around a kitchen and work well together. Sometimes we run into issues with the plumbing or the electricity, but we just fix it and keep going. Being in Maharashtra, we deal with a lot of local ingredients and styles. We aren’t trying to be fancy or modern. We just focus on making sure the food is done right and the service goes smoothly for whoever we are helping that day.
