Our spot is at G-57 in the Five Star Industrial Area. Eurocao Foods India Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle a lot of cocoa and chocolate products. If you’re downwind of us, you can usually tell exactly what we’re making that day. The Five Star area is a busy place with a lot of different factories, but we think ours smells the best. It’s a lot of industrial work, though. We’re moving heavy bags and monitoring the melters all day long. It’s not just sitting at a desk; we’re constantly checking the texture and the heat. The warehouse part of G-57 is always full of pallets ready to go out to candy makers and bakeries. We have a small team here, and most of us have been together for a while. It gets pretty warm inside with all the machinery running, but you get used to it. We don't have a fancy entrance or a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just shout for one of us from the loading dock. We like being in this industrial zone because it makes the logistics easier, even if the roads are a bit bumpy. It’s a straightforward business. We take the raw ingredients and turn them into something useful for other food companies. It’s honest, steady work and we keep at it day in and day out.
