Assistant F&B Manager

This is the home base for our Food and Beverage management work. We’re located in Flat No 201 of the Vijay Laxmi Apartment No 1. It’s on Plot No 1628 along Binaki Road in Vaishali Nagar. Nagpur is a bit slower than Mumbai, which is nice sometimes. We handle a lot of the planning and logistics for food services from this office. It’s a residential building, so it stays pretty quiet during the day. The 440017 area is a good place to be. We aren't a big restaurant ourselves, but we make sure things run right for the places we manage. There’s a lot of inventory tracking and staff scheduling that happens at this desk. We keep the files organized and the phone nearby. Sometimes clients come by to discuss menus or budgets, and we just sit in the main room and talk it through. It’s a very practical way to work. We don't have a storefront or a big sign outside. It’s just a flat where the real work gets done. Binaki Road is easy enough to find once you get into Vaishali Nagar. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on the food and beverage side of things and try to keep everything on track. We don't need a polished office to do a good job. We just keep our heads down and manage the daily tasks.
