Unique Bricks

You can find Unique Bricks at No. 5A, W.S.C Road. We are near the East High Court Road in Shankar Nagar. It’s a good spot in Dharampeth, though the parking can be a bit tricky when we have the big lorries coming through. We have been sitting on this corner for a while. The yard is usually full of red stacks and the smell of wet earth. It’s a lot of heavy lifting. My back feels it at the end of every week. Shankar Nagar is a nice neighborhood and we see a lot of the same faces every day. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just drop by or give us a call on the landline. I usually sit on the plastic chair near the entrance to keep an eye on things. The dust from the road blows in and covers everything, so we are always dusting off the table. It’s simple work. We wait for the sun to bake the clay and then we move them to the storage side. Sometimes the supply of coal for the kiln is late, which makes things difficult for our schedule. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s not a fancy business but it’s what we know. We make sure the count is right and the loads are sent out when promised. It is just hard work every day to keep things moving along for the builders.
