We are located at Plot No-14 in Tilak Nagar, right across from the Nehru English School. It is a lively spot because we can always hear the kids playing or the school bell ringing throughout the day. Our kitchen is where everything happens. We spend most of our time preparing different types of food, so there is usually a smell of spices or frying in the air. The space is practical, with big stainless steel counters and various containers for ingredients. We don't have a fancy dining area because we are mostly focused on the cooking part of the business. Sometimes it gets really hot in there, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. We get our supplies delivered early in the morning and start the prep work before the neighborhood really wakes up. Living and working in Tilak Nagar means we see the same faces every day. We aren't trying to be a big food chain. We just like making things that people enjoy eating. Our walls have a few grease stains and the floor is always being swept, but it is a clean and honest place to work. If you walk past the school, you will probably see our door open and someone busy inside with a ladle or a knife getting things ready.
