Stewols India Ltd. is out in the Nagpur Industrial Estate. We are specifically at 5-8B on Kamptee Road in Uppalwadi. Being in an industrial estate means it’s never really quiet. There are trucks moving and machines humming all day long. Our building is a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a good spot once you get here. We deal with steel and industrial supplies. The walls are painted a dull grey and we have a lot of heavy equipment around. It isn't the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting, but it’s where we get the real work done. The staff here is mostly local guys who have been in the industry forever. We have a small canteen where we eat lunch together. The food is usually spicy and hits the spot after a morning of moving things around. The office part is just a few partitioned desks where the paperwork happens. It gets hot in the summers, really hot, so the fans are always on full blast. We don’t mind it much. It’s just part of the job. We focus on getting the orders out on time and making sure the inventory matches the books. It’s straightforward work without any fluff. People know where to find us if they need industrial materials. We just keep the gates open and the work moving forward every day.
