Sneha Sabhagruh Noodles

This place is located at Plot Number 511, specifically in Flat 501. If you know the Untkha Khanan Chowk area near Medical Square, then you know exactly where we are. We are up in the Vinayak Tower in the Strangjipura part of town. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we like the view of the traffic down below. We spend most of our time here dealing with noodles. It is a messy job sometimes with the flour and everything, but we have a rhythm down now. The kitchen area is where most of the work happens. We start early because the humidity can really mess with the dough if we wait too long into the afternoon. There are four or five of us usually running around trying not to trip over each other. The chowk outside is always noisy with horns and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the machines and the packing. Sometimes we forget to take a lunch break because the orders just keep coming in. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a small team in a flat trying to get things out the door. It is a lot of heavy lifting and sweating, but it is what we do. We have been in this tower for a bit now and the neighbors don't seem to mind the smell of cooking.
