Sanjay Dall Mill

Our mill is located over at Lalata Chowk, right on Belbag Road near Tilak Talkies. Sanjay Dall Mill has been a part of this area for quite a while. It’s a familiar spot for many people who live around here. We spend our time milling pulses and making sure everything is cleaned and processed correctly. It’s dusty work, and the machines can be quite loud when they are all running at once. We don't have any fancy marketing teams or big slogans. We just focus on the dall. Being near Tilak Talkies means there is always something going on outside our doors. The traffic can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, especially with the delivery trucks coming in and out. Most of our customers are locals or businesses that have been buying from us for years. We like the connection we have with the neighborhood. It’s an old-school way of doing business, but it works for us. We don’t use a lot of complicated technology; we just stick to what we know. Every morning we open up and get the mill started. It’s a straightforward process of taking the raw goods and turning them into something people can cook at home. We just try to stay consistent and do a fair job. If you walk past Lalata Chowk, you can usually hear us working. It’s just us doing what we do every day. It's been like this for years.
