Mehfil Foods Llp is based over at Char Khamba Chowk. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty lively around the Maulana Azad Bunkar Colony. We’re at Plot No. 376. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we need to do. We’ve been here for a while now, just handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a food business. The neighborhood is a mix of all sorts of people, and we like being right in the middle of it. Our setup is pretty basic, really. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing polished speeches for us. It’s just us doing the work. Usually, things are pretty steady, though mornings can be a bit of a scramble sometimes. We just try to keep things organized and get our orders out on time. People stop by or call, and we just deal with them directly. No fancy phone systems or complicated layers. It’s just how we prefer to run things here. Being near the colony means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s always plenty to do, from checking stock to cleaning up at the end of the shift. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a decent job at Plot 376. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like it that way.
